I have an extensive business background which ultimately supported a change in career from computing to agriculture
I have experience in the gardening and farming fields. Together, my husband and I ran an organic seed farm and mail order seed business in Quebec. We have recently moved to B.C. where he is the prime operator of a garden centre. Over the past year we have; sold our Quebec assets, moved, and opened and subsequently operated the business in B.C.. In support of this new endeavour, I have written a catalogue, information pamphlets, newspaper ads, course material and instructional material. This experience has given me insight into the trials of a long distance move, setting up a small business and all aspects of gardening.
